Notification Area Icon

Is there a way to order the icons in the notification area? Each time
Windows starts the icons are in a different order. I suppose the order is
initiated by the startup sequence. This is not really a problem just a
slight annoyance. I have no problem with being able to "Hide when inactive,"
"Always show," or "Always hide." I would just like the order of the icons
to always be the same.
