not tested for win XP?

Since I took my computer to get fixed in i have been
having problems.

The problem i want to know about is this.

When i install new products, even with the XP Updates, it
says it hasnt been tested in XP. Some times it lets me
continue but for some reason it wont let me do it for XP
update.
Now if you have dialup you would understand my frustration
after almost 100MB of downloads.

Look for "When installing an update you receive the following message:
"Software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing""
