Me again with a really weird problem. Somehow I've ended
up with two Quick Launch menus. The original is on the
left next to the "Start" Button, I think where it should
be, the other is on the left of the System Tray. When I
try to delete an item from one, it disappears from both!!

Any help would be greatly appreciates! Again I'm not sure
if I'll be able to access the group to read replies and
would appreciate an email to (e-mail address removed)

This once happened to me , if you dont position them
carfully they jump to all different positions , I
switched off the quick launch in properties then re
booted then switched it back on and it worked ok after
that. sometimes a reboot is needed after changing icons
aswell.
