So I try again. The QUICK LAUNCH and the TASK BAR, (Sys-tray in Win
98/98SE) jumped to the top of the screen, and by accident, I somehow
manged to bring it to the left side. I would like it back where it
belongs, at the bottom!!! Help please?

Put pointer on a blank area of Taskbar, then hold down left mouse button
and drag back to bottom.

to find your post in the future (even earlier one), go to View>Current
View>"Show Replies to My Messages". But remember to repeat this to unmark
"My Messages", otherwise you won't see new message downloads in the future.

Just 'grab' an empty bit of it with the mouse and drag it down to the
bottom. If you can't drag it, right-click in an empty bit and uncheck 'lock
the taskbar' (i.e. click it so that the tick mark goes away).
When it is where you want it right-click in an empty bit of it and check
'lock the taskbar' so you can't move it again by accident.
