Not Sure it Virus is Removed

First I apoligize for the length of this post, but it is necessary. I need help!!!!!

I've been having problems with this for 3 weeks now! My ISP offers Freedom Anti-Virus from Zero Knowledge, I have and run it, how could I get infected!!! This computer is used by only myself for Work!!! (Graphic Design), and sending and receiving E-mail Artwork Attachments. I do not open any E-mail I do not Trust. And Do Not "Surf the Web" Playing games or Downloading Music Ect.

I will tell you what has been going on for the last 3 weeks!

First Freedom anti virus was failing to load at start up, and would not
reinstall for a week. I have been in touch with Freedoms customer support to help me resolve this issue. They sais It could NOT be a Virus and that I brobably had Spyware installed. I had Spybot, and Adaware and was using them on a weekly basis.

Then most of my programs including the ones that were preloaded by my PC
vendor were "missing" and would not uninstall or reinstall. So I contacted Microsoft's custome support, they told me to contact my computer vendor. (HP) Because my PC wasn't working properly I couldn't get in touch with them through the Help and Support Icon on my desktop, or run any of their diagnostics.

I tried to do a System Restore that WinXP has, but it was dissallowing
changes. So I did a system recovery with HP. It worked! I reinstalled Freedom enabled the Anti-virus, and firewall. The Anti-virus W32/Korgo.Q in 3 files, W32/Spybot.SB, and W32/Agobot.PS, and deleted them.

Then I did 3 online scans (Trend Micro, Symantec and Zeroknowledge) 2 more were found, and deleted.

I released and renewed my IP address, thinking it was something to do with my modem bacause my PC seemed to run slow only when the modem was on.

I installed and Run everyday Adaware, Spybot, and SpywareBlaster. I also run Spybot SD's Resident, and It tells me of changes or additions being made to the Registry

Installed all Windows Updates form the Windows update Webpage. Thinking everything is Fine I proceeded to reinstall my Programs and carry on with business as usual. My PC has been running alittle slower that usual so I ran Disk Cleanup, and Defraged both C: and D:.

Then Wednesday morning I receive an E-mail from my ISP stating that they received complaints about PC spreading viruses over the internet.
I went to http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ and ran the Stinger which found a
Virus in my and deleted it. I went to http://housecall.antivirus.com, http://www.moosoft.com, and they came up clean. Panda found W32/Kelar.A and deleted it.

Microsofts Three Steps to Internet Security doesn't recognise my anti virus, neither does Symantec, which no longer allows me to scan for viruses, it just comes up with an error message..

Please Please Pretty Please advise me if there are any other measures I must take to Improve my and others Internet security.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!! :)

Cynthia, go here and download Zone Alarm. It's a good firewall and will
give you added protection. They
have a free version. I also use Bazooka frequently and it's free.
