Hello there.
I posted back on the 18th about a conflict/virus/corrupt files.
Was having a problem with my anti-virus and other programs not loading or reinstalling.
My ISP Cust. Support Told me that I was having a software conflict.
I was unable to do a System Restore with Windows XP, So I did a System Recovery that my manufacturer has (HP).
Reinstalled and ran my anti-virus which found "W32/Korgo.Q" in 3 different files, also "W32/Spybot.SB" and "W32/Agobot.PS". and Removed them.
I also did 5 different online checks, and 2 more viruses were found and removed.
I reinstalled ALL Windows updates.
I installed and ran Ad-Aware, and Spybot Search & Destroy.
I ran a Defrag hoping this would resolve the problem.
Still my Programs seem to load really slowly.
Also If I have more than one application open at once like IE and OE One will stop responding and it takes forever to get Task Manager to shut it down and Windows applications like "tfswctrl.exe" or "igfxtray.exe" stop responding
Sometines I have to manualy restart my PC.

Does anyone have any suggertions how I can resolve this problem???

Thank you in advance
Cynthia

Did you examine your startup programs?
In Spybot S&D, you go to tools, then system startup.
You can uncheck anything you think is questionable there.
When you reboot, those programs will not run automatically when you logon.
In some cases, Spybot S&D will give you a description of the programs
in the startup list. This can help you decide if you want to disable it.
If you decide you want the program to run, just go back in and put the
check mark beside it.
This could help you find if some offending program is loading at startup.
The problem could also be a plugin to Internet Explorer.
WinPatrol will show you these plugins and I have found that it is fairly
good at disabling them. It also lets you know if something is trying to get
into your startup list.
Good Luck !!!
