VIRUS REMOVER 2008 How do you get rid of this

I,ve tried Spybot & Adaware along With PC TOOLS Anti Virus Programs-No Luck
I downloaded and bought Stopzilla, It seems to have worked. Is Stopzilla a
Good Spyware Program?

I think that is one of a group of viruses that Microsoft Defender was
able to remove for me.
