Popup i cannot rid of

2 months ago i started getting this popup when i opconnected to internet. It
is a grey screen with blue border. It comes on every 15 mts and stays on for
1mt. The content reads: "Periodically rest your eyes by blinking and focusing
away from the screen. See user's manual for more information. Press exit to
close". THis alternates with another message, varying only in that it deals
with relaxing the body.
I have done many things to get rid of it, nothig worked. I have run anti
virue (Norton with lstest virus definition) Spyware and popup eleminators :
xoftspy, stopzilla. I 've formatted the HDs and reinstalledapps& os. Infact
as i was begining to install
win XP (Pro) the popup appeared! Had Chipset driver changed and Bios
flashed. No change. Appreciate any help.

Hi Pat,

Start/run msconfig, go to the startup tab and locate this annoying reminder
program and disable (uncheck) it.
