Ever since I connected to internet for a short time 2 mos. ago I have been
getting a popup in the middle of the screen, grey in color with green border.
It has 2 messages alternatin. One says "Periodically rest your eyes by
blinking and focusing away from the screen and looking away. See user's
manual for more information. Press exit to clear"
The other message is similar in that it it talks about relaxing and changing
body position. It appeares every 15 mts. and lasts 1 mt.
I have tried many things to get rid of it, including running anti virus
(Norton, with latset updates), popup eliminators (Stopzilla, xoftspy) and
formatted allthe HDs, Reinstalled Bios and chipset driver. Nothing
worked. This popup appearedafter I formatted the HDs and as I was begining to
install OS! So it is probably not in any apps. or os where could it be? No
clue. Appreciate any help.

What brand mouse are you running? I remember a thread from a few months
ago with a similar message that was a feature of the driver for one
company's mouse, but I don't remember which one.
