Not starting up correctly

After shutting down and then start back up, i
get "operation system not found" (or something to that
effect). I finally get a message to use hard drive or cd
rom, and click on cd rom and it starts up as usual. It
started this week and does it everytime. Help, please

Hello
Check to make sure there is no disk in the floppy drive.

Might want to consider backing up all your important information, could be
the start of HDD failure.

Most HDD manufacturers offer utilities to check your HDD on there websites.
