Programs don't respond, drives don't work, screen has
wave, not flicker. A window's problem or maybe memory?

Has anyone opened the computer up?
I hope not; real damage can be done with even one static
discharge.
First of all, are you sure you are using Windows 2000 for an
operating system?
If you are, do have the 4 floppy diskettes for the system?
Third, do you have the system CD (for installation)?
Please answer and we will proceed.
(This is a challenge)(for me)
