Not Receiving emails in Inbox but able to send

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 on my laptop and Microsoft Outlook Express
on my desktop. My ISP is Bell sympatico.

Sympatico asked me to check with Microsoft on this problem. I am not able to
receive emails in my Outlook Inbox but able to send. I am able to receive
emails in my Inbox when I log onto my sympatico account through hotmail.

In Outlook, it keeps giving a pop up window asking for user name and
password (which is already there). Sympatico thinks its a registry key
problem?

Hi: I did try to create a new profile but I still am not able to receive
emails in my inbox. However, the original Outlook profile no longer prompts
me to enter a network password...but I still cannot receive emails in my
inbox. When I log onto my Bell sympatico email account through webmail
(hotmail), I see incoming emails..but not in my Outlook inbox. Please help!

Enable diagnostic logging and see what's happening between Outlook and the
server when you try to get your mail.

Hi: What do I do after I enable the mail logging option in Outlook? (I
followed these instructions below):

To enable the mail logging option, follow these steps: 1. On the Tools menu,
click Options.
2. On the Other tab, click Advanced Options.
3. Click to select the Enable mail logging (troubleshooting) check box in
Outlook 2003 and the Enable logging (troubleshooting) check box in Outlook
2007, and then click OK two times.

Stop and restart Outlook, execute a send/receive cycle, disable the logging,
stop and restart Outlook, then examine the logs for errors.
