Not all passwords remembered + LoadLibrary("RSABase.dll") failed E

Having problems with just 1 or 2 websites where a new window opens asking for
login info. The drop down list seems to store random email addresses inputted
to other sites, but not the usernames and passwords for the site I am looking
at.

Have read the Knowledge base article on AutoComplete problems, all
appropriate options are selected but when trying "Method 3" I get the
following error:

"LoadLibrary("RSABase.dll") failed - The specified module could not be found."

I want to be able to have 2 users' login details stored for these websites,
without having to re-type them each time.

If you're looking at KB306895 you're posting in the wrong newsgroup.
