xp svc pk 2 not remembering passwords and usernames at websites...

I need some help. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in
prior posts and am held up at this step:Regsvr32 /u RSABase.dll. when
attempting to hit "ok" I recieve this
message:"Loadlibrary("RSABase.dll")failed.The specified module could not be
found." Thanks in advance for any help.

Where are you seeing that instruction?
That module does not exist in your OS
so the message would be expected.

The AutoComplete feature does not work after you enable it in Internet
Explorer on a computer that is running Windows XP Home Edition
