Problem with auto-complete function

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me with this problem. The auto-complete
function in my IE is no longer remembering usernames/passwords. I've
attempted to trouble-shoot the problem by following this checklist:

and I can get as far as Method #3. Unfortunately, when I try to register
RSABase.dll, as specified in Method #3, I get the following message:

LoadLibrary("RSABase.dll") failed - The specified module could not be found.

rather than the expected (correct) message, which should be:

DllUnregisterServer in RSABase.dll succeeded.

Anybody know what's going on here?? I'd sure appreciate advice. Thanks!

Hi Dave

Double check your spelling of the RSABase.dll. Make sure it is .dll at the
end, and and not .dl

Could you please provide the version of Windows you are using, and the exact
wording of the error message you are getting. This information can
sometimes be very helpful in determining the cause of the problem.

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.
