not able to see all compters in the network

I have a w2k domain spanned in two diffrent IP networks. One network is
10.200.0.0, other is 192.168.0.0, When I browse the computers(through my
network places) from 10.200.0.0 network, i am not able to see the computers
in the other network. where as when I browse from 192.168.0.0 network I am
able to see all computers. my domain controllers,dns,wins all are in
10.200.0.0 network. What could be the problem?can anybody help me?
