Not able to access email through outlook

I set up my 2 email accounts in Outlook and had no
problem until a week ago when all of a sudden I get an
error message. I cant send or receive any email through
Outlook. I can, however, get my email from the webmail
sites. I contacted my ISP and it is working fine, so it
is an issue with outlook. Any ideas?
