Norton WinDoc found a problum

I installed Norton Utilities and ran WinDoc. and it came
up with a problem that it couldn't fix. I was hoping to
find out if anyone knows how to fix it. The problem
message says "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Run Time\0701
\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe" cannot access a necessary
file, "mscoree.dll"
Does anyone out there have any idea how to fix this?

I wouldn't worry about it. You're talking about 1 disjointed or
orphaned entry in a massive data store. It has almost a Zero
effect on Windows.

Doctor Win Doctor was an acceptable application for Win9X.
However, I wouldn't put much faith in it as a system maintenance
tool. Symantec hasn't put much work into bringing the old Peter
Norton utilities up to XP standards.

Hello,

That file is refering to the a .NET Framework file you can probably
reinstall or install the service pack 1.1 for it...
