Norton Speed Disk Driver

I keep getting a message flashing up on my screen saying

"A driver is installed that causes stability problems with your system. This
driver will be disabled. Please contact the driver manufacturer for an update
that is compatible with this version of Windows".

Can anyone tell what I should do or who I should contact

Your subject states "Norton Speed Disk Driver", is that the driver giving the
problem? If it is, you can go to the Symantec.com website for possible
updates.

Check on the Symantec web site as there is almost no possibility of talking
to a human being. They have an on-line troubleshooting system that works
quite nicely for relatively conventional issues, although I have found that I
have to try several keywords or combinations of keywords until I find one
that "works."

It does sound like you're using a fairly old version of Norton.
