just undeleted system works and restartet my computer. then this:

removing norton goback history from drive c:

whats this?
and it really takes time....

You performed a normal install of SystemWorks, as opposed to a custom
install. Therefore, GoBack was installed on your computer as part of
SystemWorks.

When you uninstall Norton Systemworks, GoBack will be uninstalled also. Yes,
this can take a great deal of time. I had one computer where the process
took about 3-4 hours. Don't shut down the computer until the process reports
that it has been completed. You will *NOT* be a happy camper if you do!
