No TV can be displayed -No tuner detected

Media player works fine until I go into hibernation. Then it displays the
error message. If I reboot everything is fine. Using Vista premimum.

It sounds like the driver(s) for the tuner are not initializing the hardware
when power comes back on from hibernation. Contact the manufacturer
of the tuner for a better driver.
