no sound, no printer and now a slug

My system crashed a week ago and I lost everything, I rebooted from windows
disk after help from microsft help line, but now the system will not load
disk to put printer back on computer and I can't load my sound system back on
and my system running slightly slower now when on the net

My system is doing the same thing. I hope someone responds to you with an
answer. I too used Microsoft's representative and now do not have any sound
on my computer or printer. I'll keep watching for someone to answer you and
maybe it will help me also
