no sound at all

i had to re-do my computer because it crashed now i have no sound and i have
looked for a cd and can not find it.. will someone please help me :(
 
When you reinstall all the software on your computer you also have to
reinstall all the drivers. In your case, you need to reinstall the driver
for your sound card.

Sorry, I can't help you find your CD. Could it be in your desk drawer?
