no send pictures via e-mail dialogue bos

When I click send in my pictures I do not get a send
pictures via e-mail dialogue box. The help tells you
that Windows will give you the option of make all my
pictures smaller- I do not get it and do not recall ever
seeing that option- When I click send it just places the
pic in the e-mail without giving me any option to resize
the pciture. I can't e-mail pics because they are huge-

Try this:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.
