E-mail wizard

I'm trying to resize a picture before e-mailing it, but when I select a
picture and click" E-mail this file" it attaches straight to an Outlook
E-mail but the "Send picture via E-mail wizard" doesn't pop up to let me
resize it first??

Any help is appreciated

This will probably bring this function back.
Click on Start and click on Run and type the following in the opening
textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI... and there is a dot
between ...VW and DLL
This will take a second to run and you should get a "success message"
