Problem sending pictures from Windows Explorer

Guest

Hi:
As usual, from Windows Explorer, I right-click, sent to, e-mail, on the
pictures I wish to send, and, after the picture resize window appears,
nothing else happens (i.e. no e-mail with pictures in it is created).

Can someone help?

Hi LP,

The one thing to do is to go into Internet Explorer, click Tools->Internet
Options. Click on the Programs tab. Change the Email client to Hotmail,
click OK. Then go back in and change to Microsoft Office Outlook, click OK.
Then try to send something again.

Let us know how that goes.

Thanks,

Hi Gregg:

I am not 100% sure this has solved the problem, which has been appering
intermittently lately. Is there a way to completely remove Hotmail from the
IE list of mail programs?

Thanks again,

LP

Hi LP,

So what happens now? Does it sometimes work and sometimes not? I don't
know of a way to completely remove Hotmail from IE's Mail programs list but
as long as it's not set to Hotmail it won't try to use it.

Thanks,

Hi Gregg,

No, this has not solved the problem. It keeps coming back intermittently.

Thanks,
