No Free/Busy information

I have a user who wants to schedule a meeting with the CEO, but can't see
his free/busy info except for a stripe across the whole period representing
"No Information". Other users, however, can access this info with no
problem.

He's not been given access to the CEO's calendar. You'll have to add him via
the CEO's calendar permissions. It may also be that the CEO has added a
list, such as "All the worms who work here", and the worker affected hasn't
been added to the list. In that case you'd have to find the person who has
permissions for editing the list and ask them to add him.
