Outlook 2003 SP3 + Exchange = calendar problem

Hi,

I have a user with Outlook2003SP3 on board with uses Exchange account
and a small problem with his calendar.

The Free/Busy info is working fine but when you are accessing his
calendar directly you cannot see any appointments (permissions set to
reviewer for all users), although they appear during scheduling
meeting. Can someone advice please, where to look for the problem and
how to fix it?

Many thanks for any help,
Tomasz

Is the client set to use "Private" Sensitivity on a Global setting?
If an item (any item, mail, contact, meeting, etc.) is set to private
then it will not show to anyone that views their Inbox, Contacts,
Calendar, etc.

Setting options Globally causes ALL emails, including meeting
requests, to be set to a setting of your choice.

- Select your TOOLS menu
- Select OPTIONS
- Click the E-MAIL OPTIONS... button
- Click the ADVANCED E-MAIL OPTIONS... button

Near the bottom of the window where it says "When sending a
message" there is a box for SET SENSITIVITY. If it says
"Private" then click the box and select NORMAL.
