no folder names

somehow, the names of the sub-folders in "my pictures" have all vanished in the thumbnail view. any folders they contain still show their names. What did i do?

From a post I saved from Kelly... Hold down the shift key while selecting
thumbnail view In the View menu to toggle (change to) icon titles in the
folder without names.
