No Advanced tab under Control Panel/User Accounts

When trying to enable Ctrl-Alt-Del for users to log on, we are unable to find
the Advanced tab under User Accounts. There is only the option to Change
User, Add User, or Change the way Users log on and off (ie User Fast
Switching). TIA ...

Start>Run>control userpasswords2 [enter]

You'll see the options there.
