Empty desktop in user accounts

I have 5 user accounts on Windows XP Home. They all worked perfectly until I
installed the Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT graphics card. Now when I log on into
one account all is well, but when I try to switch user accounts the other
accounts only show blank screens - only the background with no icons - not
even "Startup" and nothing happens when I ctrl-alt-del or right-click or
anything else. I have to reboot to get out of this mess!

Log in using the account you used to install the
GeForce 9600 driver and uninstall it. Then
reboot and Log on using the account named
"Administrator".
(Password is normally blank, no password)

Reinstall the GeForce 9600 driver.
