News Groups in Windows Mail

Hey all,
Ive got this problem sending and recieving attachments in News Groups using
the Windows Mail program in Windows Vista Home Premimum. The problem
is....I can't. What I mean is this, I can't send an attachment, like a
picture, to a News Group message and I get a "Message can't be displayed"
error if I pick on a NG message that has an attachment. Does anyone have an
answer for this, it is driving me crazy?
