"News" Button has disappeared

Hello everyone,

We did a clean install of XPP and Office 2K3 - imported settings via wizard
and all was well. I had always had the "News" button at the top of my
Outlook menu bar and it was indeed imported via the settings.

However, it did not work and only pointed to the directory 1033...so I
removed it.

Now it is even gone from the "GO" menu options in the Customize options!

Where can I find it again and how can I restore it as both a Customize
option and then a menu item?? I ran an office repair - but no luck.

Never mind - did a search on the NG here and found the answer - although it
was a weird one...
