We have bought a Epson c-26 for a webtv. plus.. This is the 3rd one we
had.. THe others did not work.. Bought a new one and the black ink we
can use.. but when we want to print up something with color the color
wont work it just shows up black and white..
can you or any one in the group tell me what i am doing wrong??

Have you gone into the utility menu of the printer and run a nozzle check?
How old is the ink?
