New Windows Defender

When I try to install the new Windows Defender, I get a pop-up that it has
issues with my processor. My processor is AMD 1532 Mhz. I guess this isn't
powerful enough?

No--that's not the issue, I suspect.

Most likely, you've downloaded the 64-bit version, and you need the standard
32-bit version instead.
