How do I set IE 6 to open a new window when I choose a
link or a favorite when I already have IE open?
 
To the best of my knowledge, using Right-click "Open in
New Window" is the only way.
 
You can't do it on a favorite. But if you right click
over a link and select "open in new window" that works.

Also, if you need to quickly open a new browser window,
hit "ctrl" + "n".
