2 related questions about opening in a new IE6 window:

1. In Outlook XP, when I click on a hyperlink, while having a IE6
window open in the background, sometimes the hyperlink opens in a new
IE 6 window, sometimes it opens in the open window (replaces the
content). Sometimes using Shift while clicking helps to force opening a
new IE window. How do I set it that it ALWAYS opens in a new window?

2. In IE6, clicking on a hyperlink in the Links toolbar doesn't allow
me to open this link in a new window when another IE6 window is already
open (of course open, otherwise I wouldn't be able to see the Links
toolbar....); it always open in the open window, replacing its
contents. Shift-click and right-mouse click doesn't work in the Links
toolbar (strange as that works in any other toolbar/frame in IE6..).
How do I set it that it opens in a new window?
