Link to New Window

Since yesterday when I click a link that has to open a new window it will
not open, I tried Firefox and it does work only in Internet explorer it
doesn't. I have Windows 98SE and IE6.

Thank You for your reply. The following says their:
C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~1\iexplore.exe" -nohome.
I tried the other things and did not help.

Thank You for your reply. This helped for opening links in an email but not
on web pages. Also what is interesting is that only links that have to open
a new window doesn't work.

An other I am wondering why link that don't open a new window works. One
think I noticed that one link that I try to open the new window address will
be https not just http.
