New user needs help!

An Outlook Express newsgroup would be the best place to look for help on
Outlook Express. This one is about Microsoft Access database software.

Another suggestion: you'll stand a better chance of getting good, and
prompt, answers if you will summarize your question in the subject line. You

I'm a new Outlook Express user, and I'm trying to access newsgroups in the
"alt." and "alt.binaries".

I keep going to Tools, Add News Account, name, e-mail, but what News server
do I have to connect to to get there?

Can anyone help?
