Try asking in a newsgroup devoted to Outlook Express -- this one is for
Microsoft Access database software. The names of the microsoft.public...
newsgroups for OE may also indicate the Internet Explorer version (e.g.,
IE6) but a little looking at the newsgroups available from
news.microsoft.com should turn up the specific one you are looking for.
