Sorry. This is the Microsoft Access Database newsgroup. It appears
your question is not related to that database. You are much more likely to
find someone with the answer if you post your question to a newsgroup
devoted to your subject.

It's not clear to me from your message what it is you're looking for.
If you're looking for a free, general-purpose news server, I suggest you
search Google for "Free News Server" and see what you turn up. The
Microsoft news server you've posted to is dedicated to technical
discussions and customer support, so it's not really suitable for
"friends, fun, etc."

If you can use this group, you should be able to access this one for Outlook

GO to TOOLS, then NEWSGROUPS. Where it says "Display newsgroups which
contain"

type in the following to do a search for newsgroups:

microsoft, outlook

and you will find all of the outlook express newsgroups
