My windows XP came with my computer. The motherboard
burnout and was replaced successfully. Now another problem
has come up with a message stating to use my original disk
to reinstall. I have a theory that those Cd's does not
recognoize the current motherboard and will not allow me
to boot into windows. Can I get a replacement Windows XP
disk somewhere?

You'll need to go out and purchase a conventional "Full Version"
of Windows XP. The Restore CDs that came with your computer
will only work with a specific motherboard. If you had replaced
your motherboard with an identical one, you would not now
have this dilemma.

CD recovery disks arent always user friendly,as in youre problem.
XP cds allow you to boot to cd for recovery,if yours can do that instead
of recovery choose install xp,new copy, let xp fix itself with new version.
