This should be simple, but I don't know the answer. When I used Outlook
Express, if I got an email, I would select it and read it, and automatically
it would convert to "Read Mail" instead of staying shaded black as "Unread
Mail."
I now use Microsoft Outlook 2003, SP1 of Small Business Edition 2003.
When I read an email, it still shows that I have (1) mail message in my
Inbox that has not been read. There is also the little yellow letter envelope
in the bottom right corner of my computer screen next to the other icons such
as time clock, etc.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Dan
