New Items menu

[Thannus]

Is there any way to get more items on the File/New menu,
like JPG files, BMPs, HTMs, etc.? Currently this menu
only contains Folder, Shortcut, Wpd Document, Text File,
Compressed Folder, WAV sound, and Briefcase. I'm pretty
sure it's been this way since I installed Windows XP on
my computer.
