New FrontPage User Having Publishing Problems...

R

Ronica Callis

I hope that someone can help me out here...I am
relatively new to website creation. I am working on a
website in FrontPage for the first time and I am not sure
why I cannot get the site to upload to my web host. I'm
using FrontPage 2002, and I checked the "Reports" listed
under the views column. According to it, everything is in
working order and all links are functional. However, when
I follow the steps from the Microsoft support site to
upload the site, I get to the next to last step and am
unable to complete it.

I am trying to upload this site to Angelfire, and
following the directions they give for FrontPage users, I
get virtually the same thing. I can "almost" finish the
upload, but not quite. Angelfire's support crew tells me
to go to Microsoft for help and Microsoft isn't much
better in solving the problem.

If any of you can help me figure out what's going on,
please let me know.

Thanks,
Ronica

Sounds like your having internet connection issues. Please tell us the error fp gives you. Is it "the server unexpectedly closed the connection"?
