New email window stays open when sending attachment

This is a rare / intermittent problem that no one seems to have as I have not
been able to find a similar post. The problem is with Outlook 2003 and
sending files via right-click>send to mail recipient. A new email window
opens up and I chose the recipient and hit send. The send button greys out
and the window stays open so you have the impression the email didn't send,
but it does. If you X the window and check your sent items, it's there. This
doesn't always happens as it appears random but it would be nice to see
someone with the same problem and better yet, someone with the fix. Thanks!
 
I'm having this same problem on some of the computers in our office but not
all. Sorry I don't have a response just wanted to let you know you are not
alone.
