New Email Desktop Alert

For some reason, my desktop alert does not notify me anymore when I get a new
e-mail. I have not changed any of my notification options. It just stopped
working. The envelope does not display either in the tray. I'm using Outlook
2007 with Exchange.

These alerts will only show when the message is being delivered to the Inbox
