new e-mail is not showing in Inbox; only in Unread Mail

About a month ago my incoming e-mail stopped showing in the Inbox. It ownly
shows in the Unread Mail folder. When receiving messages the number of new
messages shows next to both the Inbox and the Unread Mail folders, but when I
open the Inbox the new mail is not there. Ocasionally some of the incoming
new mail...maybe four out of eight messages, will show in the Inbox but
usually nothing shows in the Inbox...only in Unread Mail. I'm using Outlook
2003.
Thanks,
Richard

What View are you looking at?? Turn on the Advanced toolbar and the Current
View window will tell you.

If the view's OK, you may need to restart outlook using the reset views
switch.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Judy,
My current view window is "messages". I think that's OK. If not, how do I
restart Outlook using the resetn views?...
Thx.
