new browser popup

Does anyone know why every once in a while I get a flash
when I am on the net, and a new browser will open up below
the rest of the open windows, and when I check it out, it
is completly blue and blank. I have Norton running all the
time, and no viruses have been detected. It is updated
regularly. This has been happening for the last week or
so. I thought this was something to do with Sasser, but my
computer does not shut down at all.

could be an ad agent in your pc, get a malware/trojan
scan. also when it pops up look in taskmanager to see
what running.
