Internet Explorer Theme Manager (IETheme.exe)

This is a free add-in that allows you to select 'Themes' to change the
Toolbar skin, Throbber, Home Page and Search Settings and Document Styling
for Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer and Outlook Express..
